I do not chase the symptom
I am Gáspár Judit, a physiotherapist with 12 years of experience in Germany. I may think about pain a little differently from what you are used to: my first question is not where it hurts, but where it starts and what keeps it going.
Your body is not made of separate parts like a machine, but of interconnected systems working together in subtle ways. The nervous system constantly strives to maintain balance. Pain is most often the result of that balance being disrupted by prolonged strain, stress, inflammation, stagnation, or persistent chains of tension.
How I work
Every session begins with a thorough assessment. I take time to understand your full history and your physical, neurological, hormonal, and visceral patterns. I look not only at where it hurts, but also at how and along what path your current condition developed.
Treatment is gentle and precise, based on osteopathic and neurofascial principles. Rather than treating one joint, I coordinate your body’s regulatory systems so they can function effectively again. Every process is personalised and guided by your body’s responses.
This is why the first appointment lasts two hours, with much of that time devoted to questions and examination. Without this, treatment would only be guesswork.
